Northamptonshire Rural PCN has a PCN Patient Participation Group who work collaboratively with all of the practices within the PCN to improve communication with patients and maintain high standards of care.

The PPG's mission is to:-

Look at the services the practices offers, patient experience and how improvements can be made for the benefit of patients and the practice.

Provide an effective communication channel between staff, patients and carers, of all practices and to support them in continuing to improve the services to Patients.

To support the engagement of patients and carers in improving healthcare within the practices in Northamptonshire Rural PCN and the surrounding catchment areas.
